Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All orders are carefully secured and shipped via courier service.
Poland: shipping cost 20 PLN. Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days.
International shipping: shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout. Estimated delivery time 5-8 business days.
Returns:
You can return a purchased product without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving it. Simply send an email to the store's address. Please remember that the returned product must be in pristine condition and show no signs of use. Secure the package properly for transport – preferably in its original packaging. You send the returned goods at your own expense to the address received in the email.
Damaged shipment:
Every order is carefully secured before shipping, however, in case of damage to the shipment during transport, please contact us by e-mail immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, please keep the packaging and shipment protection until the complaint process with the carrier is completed. Taking photos of the damaged product and packaging will also be helpful for efficient processing of the claim.
